On iGussago you have the option to return purchased products within 14 calendar days from the delivery date.

Return conditions

• Items must be returned intact , in the same condition in which they were received, complete with tags and original packaging.
  
• Returns that do not comply with these conditions cannot be accepted.
  

It is not possible to return:

• Customized products;
• Items made to order;
  
• Vintage or fine jewelry products, except in cases of obvious defect or imperfection.
  

Return procedure

To initiate the return procedure, you must contact Customer Service within 14 days of receiving the products.

Once the return has been received and verified, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified in the contract.
